Senior Client Solutions Associate – Pharmaceutical Patient Campaigns

Remote –  North East US/Canada | EST/CST | $80,000–$105,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

The Company

An award-winning healthcare technology and digital media business is looking to expand its Client Solutions team. Working with leading pharmaceutical companies, they develop and deliver patient engagement campaigns designed to improve health outcomes.

The Role

You’ll act as the strategic bridge between pharmaceutical clients and internal creative and delivery teams, owning patient engagement campaigns from initial kickoff through launch and measurement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and providing proactive campaign updates
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal creative and cross-functional teams
• Review creative assets and submissions, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the campaign process
• Take ownership of pharmaceutical MLR submissions and review processes, keeping projects progressing through approval
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to keep campaigns on track
• Identify campaign optimisations and opportunities to improve processes and execution
• Support and share best practice with more junior members of the team

You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree and account experience within an agency environment
• Strong client management experience with regular direct client communication
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-focused communication style and excellent attention to detail

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 base depending on experience + comprehensive benefits
