Before establishing Carrot in 2006, she held key roles in Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, working for leading organisations such as AstraZeneca, where she served as Global Market Research Manager in Oncology, and DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson), where she specialised in spinal products.
