Our Market Access & HEOR offering is headed up by Calvin Lee for our North American clients and by Mike Preston in relation to our UK & European clients. Both are closely supported by Martin Anderson, Founder who himself has operated in this space since 2010.

Calvin is based out of Long Island, NY and has specialised in this space since 2015. Having joined Carrot Life Sciences in October 2025, Calvin’s extremely strong candidate network and technical knowledge has been built over the years with stints at other search firms such as Barrington James, Mindlance and Proclinical Staffing as well as an in-house Talent role with Axtria.

Mike has been with Carrot since July 2024 and has been entirely dedicate to Market Access & HEOR recruitment since then and has quickly become a very well established and respected partner to an impressive array of consultancy firms in the UK and other key European markets.

Our commitment to the Market Access & HEOR sector is illustrated by our annual attendance at ISPOR Europe & ISPOR USA, as well as our collaboration with The Evidence Base, a key online resource for the sector and media partner of ISPOR, we are their Talent Partner and regularly contribute to their platform with articles and interviews.
