Carrot was formed in 2006 by husband and wife team Martin & Debbie Anderson, who are both still very much central to the business today. Having previously worked in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Consulting, they brought with them a wealth of technical and strategic knowledge across the product lifecycle. This experience formed the backbone of how we operate to this day, which is to ensure that we are genuine specialists with strong technical knowledge in all the functions that we operate within, from concept to commercial, and that we remain focused on being fully plugged-in to our sectors at all times.
