Carrot Recruitment was established in 2006 by Life Science industry professionals and we offer a range of contract and permanent recruitment opportunities across a wide number of skills functions across the product lifecycle. We partner with an impressive array of clients, from blue-chip Pharma, Biotech and MedTech firms, through to a large variety of more boutique specialist consultancies and CROs.

We will fully prepare you for each stage of the recruitment process – from applying, to accepting an offer. We are your best friend through the process – guiding and supporting you with CV advice, interview tips and insider knowledge.

An established business with a strong heritage in life sciences

Formed in 2006 by husband and wife team Martin and Debbie who came directly from earlier careers in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, and Consultancy. Being genuine specialists and fully plugged into our sectors has always been paramount to our identity and success.

Our leadership team comprises over 60 years of experience in Life Sciences recruitment and their presence on each and every project is guaranteed to ensure that we fully understand the technicalities of the remit and that our team are working efficiently to deliver.

As an active member of the INRALS community (International Network of Recruitment Agencies in Life Sciences), we have partner agencies in most countries globally, allowing us to access local market insights and indeed collaborate with our partner agencies on local assignments where necessary.
