You’ll craft standout visual concepts for brands shaping the future of health and wellbeing -from bold digital campaigns to compelling print and motion assets. This is an opportunity to join a small but mighty creative team where you’ll have real ownership and variety day to day. You’ll turn strategic thinking into beautifully executed design that connects with audiences - whether that’s HCPs, patients or consumers.

As a mid-weight integrated designer, you’ll bring strong digital know-how and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, ensuring every piece of work not only looks exceptional but communicates with purpose. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers and account management teams to take concepts from initial sketches through to polished, production-ready assets.

Expect to:

  • Deliver smart, creative design solutions across digital, social, and print campaigns
  • Take ideas from concept to completion with confidence and attention to detail
  • Balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring every design aligns with brand objectives
  • Collaborate with a passionate team who love to challenge ideas and push creative boundaries
  • Contribute to brainstorms and help elevate the agency’s creative output across every brief

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Around 5 years’ design experience, ideally within a healthcare, life sciences or advertising agency
  • A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking and creative versatility across digital and print
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a passion for exploring new tools and trends
  • A strong grasp of layout, typography and storytelling through design
  • You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple briefs and deadlines, without compromising creativity
  • You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating but can also take the lead and drive ideas forward – confident in presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to deliver innovative and purposeful creative work that matters
