The Opportunity
We’ve partnered with a global manufacturer who are looking to hire a Senior Director of Business Development to support its next phase of growth across the healthcare sector. A high-impact role where you'll develop and drive the commercial strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver growth across key markets.

Role Overview
- Develop and execute a multi-year commercial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and manufacturing capabilities.
- Take a hands-on approach to new business development within targeted markets and strategic prospects, consistently building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Deepen and expand key existing customer relationships by identifying new opportunities to add value and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Own the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pricing strategy, and successful contract negotiations to deliver sustained revenue growth.
- Act as the “Voice of the Customer” internally, communicating requirements to cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness, network with key stakeholders, and uncover business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical discipline preferred.
- 12+ years’ experience in business development or sales within the medical device contract manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in developing strategy, market development, and scaling revenue.
- Solid understanding of plastics manufacturing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support customers.
