Job Title: Key Account Manager - East Territory

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist pharmaceutical business focused on improving access to medicines developed specifically for children.

Reporting to the UK and Ireland Country Manager, you will take ownership of the East territory, developing and executing a territory plan that supports revenue and profit targets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, increase awareness of the company's medicines and help improve patient access across both hospital and community settings.

You will:

•  Drive sales performance across the territory in line with the UK commercial and marketing strategy.

•  Engage and influence a broad range of healthcare professionals to increase awareness and appropriate prescribing of the portfolio.

•  Support access to medicines by securing Drug and Therapeutics formulary approvals where products are not currently listed.

•  Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders across paediatrics and pharmacy in hospital and community settings.

•  Attend relevant events and conferences to promote the portfolio and strengthen the company's presence.

•  Gather market feedback and share insight with marketing to help shape future strategy.

•  Collaborate closely with the wider sales team, management and marketing as the business continues to grow.

•  Manage territory expenses responsibly.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:

•  Pharma sales, ideally secondary care.

•  A strong track record of developing relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering against territory targets.

•  Confident working autonomously across a field-based territory while collaborating effectively with a wider commercial team.

•  Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

•  A proactive, accountable and customer-focused approach.

Preferred:

•  A university degree or equivalent, ideally in life sciences or a business-related subject.

•  ABPI qualification.

•  Experience working with paediatric, hospital pharmacy or formulary stakeholders.
