Our client is a well-established and respected healthcare market research organisation with a strong international presence across the EU and US. The business operates across a broad range of quantitative research programmes, working directly with pharmaceutical and biotech clients at every stage of the product lifecycle. The team is collaborative, well-supported and structured to allow researchers to focus on insight delivery and client relationships rather than operational project management.
The Role
This is a research-focused position sitting within one of the EU team's, supporting a portfolio of quantitative healthcare research projects across a range of survey methodologies. You will work directly with clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate with a high degree of independence. Strong operational support is in place across project management, survey programming, survey QA, data processing and report writing, allowing you to focus on the research itself.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quantitative researcher who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment and wants to develop their client relationship skills within a structured and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a high volume of quantitative research projects to time and quality standards
- Work directly with EU-based pharmaceutical and biotech clients, managing communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and quality-check survey questionnaires and research materials prior to launch
- Collaborate with internal support teams including project management, data processing and survey programming
- Contribute to the development of research recommendations and final deliverables
- Manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners simultaneously
What We Are Looking For
- 4 or more years of quantitative healthcare market research experience ideally from a full-service consultancy
- A broad generalist background across different survey methodologies
- Experience working directly with pharmaceutical or biotech clients
- Comfortable managing a high volume of projects and working independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in the UK or Germany; must have the right to work in either location now and in the future (graduate and student visa holders are not eligible)
