She began her career at Compass Recruitment Solutions specialising in R&D roles, then joined Carrot to work within Medical Communications – where she successfully placed 25+ editorial candidates into permanent roles.

More recently, Zoe has partnered with Matt and Chris to expand into the healthcare market research, business intelligence, and consulting sector.
