Senior Solutions Specialist – AI & Data | Life Sciences

An exciting senior opportunity to join a leading data and intelligence business at the forefront of AI within Life Sciences. Working with global Pharma and Biotech clients, you’ll combine industry knowledge, data and AI to understand client challenges and shape innovative solutions – without needing to be a software engineer.

Everything you need to know about the role

• Act as a senior pre-sales / solutions specialist within a rapidly growing AI and data offering.
• Work with Pharma and Biotech clients to understand their challenges and identify how data and AI can solve them.
• Support use cases across areas such as Clinical Development, Competitive Intelligence and Commercial Analytics.
• Translate complex data and technology into clear, commercially relevant client solutions.
• Use modern AI tools to help develop demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Partner with internal sales, data and technical specialists to bring solutions to life.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

• Strong knowledge of the Pharma, Biotech or wider Life Sciences industry.
• Experience within pre-sales, solutions consulting, data solutions or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with or selling data, intelligence, analytics or technology solutions.
• Genuine hands-on familiarity with AI and its commercial applications; exposure to LLMs and MCP would be advantageous.
• Enough technical understanding to confidently engage with technical stakeholders – you don't need to be a programmer.
• Commercially minded, consultative and able to turn complex capabilities into meaningful client outcomes.
