Managing Partner, Market Access & Pricing Consultancy - Europe or US East coast based

A great opportunity for an accomplished senior leader in Market Access & Pricing to lead and grow the consulting capabilities and team within a leading life science consultancy.

The Role

You will drive new business and shape the strategic direction of the practice, lead high-level client engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives across the life sciences industry. You will be a key ambassador for the business, driving thought leadership, expanding client relationships, and accelerating growth through integrated, cross-functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on complex, high-impact engagements across market access, pricing, patient engagement, and evidence generation
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted partner
  • Drive business development initiatives, generating new opportunities and expanding existing client accounts
  • Contribute to corporate strategy, financial targets, pricing models, and growth initiatives, including M&A and transversal offerings
  • Represent the organisation externally through conferences, thought leadership, and brand-building activities
  • Mentor senior talent, support workforce planning, and help shape a high-performance consulting culture

Experience & Profile

  • 15 years’ experience in global pharma access, evidence plus 5+ years in healthcare consulting (or 20+ years in consulting overall)
  • Strong background advising C-suite and senior executives in complex, international environments
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar (PhD, MBA, or specialist Master’s a plus)
  • International leadership experience and a strong professional network within market access and pricing
