Looking to start your career in healthcare advertising? This is a great opportunity to join an independent, employee-owned creative agency where you can learn from experienced colleagues and get involved in campaigns for leading pharma brands.

Working across health and wellbeing, this award-winning agency brings science and creativity together to deliver local and global communications. They’re looking for a curious, organised Account Executive who’s keen to learn and enjoys working with people.

Everything you need to know about the role

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors, helping keep client projects moving from the initial brief through to review and delivery. Along the way, you’ll build your confidence with clients, learn how a creative agency operates and develop your understanding of healthcare brands.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of client accounts, keeping teams updated on progress and next steps.
  • Coordinating workflows between clients, creative teams, partners and suppliers.
  • Preparing briefs and timelines, and keeping project trackers and contact reports up to date.
  • Helping prepare estimates, proposals and purchase orders, and supporting budget reconciliation.
  • Uploading materials to client review platforms such as Veeva and helping coordinate feedback and approvals.
  • Building your knowledge of client brands, therapy areas, competitors and the wider pharmaceutical industry.
  • Supporting the team with project administration to keep delivery organised and on track.

About you

You could be a recent graduate looking for your first agency opportunity, or someone with up to a year’s agency or client-side experience who’s ready to develop further.

You’ll bring:

  • A genuine interest in healthcare, pharma and creative communications.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Clear communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to ask questions and solve problems.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with project management software would be useful.
  • Ideally, a degree in life sciences, business, marketing or a related subject, although this isn’t essential.

What’s on offer?

  • An employee-owned agency where everyone has a stake in its success.
  • Hybrid working, with two days in the office each week after probation (initially 4 days whilst training / onboarding).
  • 25 days’ holiday, plus three additional days over Christmas.
  • Private healthcare from day one.
  • An annual discretionary bonus.
  • Early finishes on Fridays, where workload allows.
  • Structured onboarding, mentoring and a buddy system.
  • Training tailored to your personal and professional development.
  • A friendly, informal team with regular social events and an annual celebration.
