Quantitative Pharma Market Researcher

The Role

We are looking for an experienced quantitative researcher at Senior Researcher level. This is a client-facing position for someone who can lead and manage projects with real autonomy, build strong client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative and high-performing team.

You will take ownership of quantitative research projects end to end, working closely with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across critical stages of product development.

• Manage and execute all aspects of quantitative pharma market research projects with limited supervision
• Apply a working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and product lifecycle to inform research design
• Lead studies across a wide variety of statistical methodologies and study types
• Contribute to and lead multiple projects simultaneously as project director
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating sound judgement and client management skills
• Analyse data and communicate findings clearly, including for more complex outputs such as segmentation and derived importance
• Produce near-final reports with minimal guidance
• Partner with senior colleagues on more complex studies including challenging therapy areas
• Work effectively within a highly collaborative team environment
• Travel to clients in person as required

You

• Bachelor's degree essential; advanced degree an advantage
• 3 or more years of market research experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare background needed – at least 6 months of experience
• Strong quantitative study design skills with understanding of a wide range of statistical methodologies
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
• Able to work hybrid (various office locations across the US)
• Must have full right to work in the USA now and in the future without sponsorship
