Everything you need to know about the role
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and managing research projects from proposal through to delivery.
- Developing screeners, questionnaires, and project materials.
- Overseeing fieldwork, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis and producing clear, actionable insights.
- Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting business development through proposals and client discussions.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Around 4 years’ experience in market research, within healthcare or pharma.
- Ad hoc primary research experience.
- Strong quantitative skills, with exposure to qualitative methods a plus.
- Experience managing projects end-to-end, including proposals, fieldwork, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present to clients.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must have the full right to work in the UK
