They work with a global client base including leading healthcare technology vendors, big tech companies, financial institutions, venture capital firms, and AI innovators. Their syndicated research products including market reports, dashboards, and recurring data subscriptions are trusted by senior decision-makers to inform strategy, product development, and investment decisions.

Despite being a medium-sized business, they operate at scale globally and are on a strong growth trajectory, backed by minority private equity.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a curious and driven individual at the start or continue their analytical career. You will join the research function, contributing to high-quality primary and secondary research across syndicated and custom research programmes.

You will work alongside experienced analysts and project leads, building deep skills in data collection, modelling, analysis, and reporting across healthcare technology markets.

Research Execution & Data Collection

  • Support delivery of primary and secondary research workstreams across multiclient and custom projects, applying structured methodologies including database searches, desk research, vendor analysis, and market sizing.
  • Assist with primary data collection activities, survey administration and participant outreach, maintaining rigorous data quality throughout.

Analysis, Modelling & Reporting

  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to structure and interpret research findings, contributing to output tables, models, and databases in line with established templates.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data visualisations, ensuring outputs meet quality, relevance, and presentation standards.

Operational Excellence & Process

  • Manage time systematically to support on-time delivery across concurrent projects, applying best-practice tools and methodologies to ensure consistency and robustness.
  • Support Research Ops processes including model building, output table management, and database maintenance.

Team Contribution & Development

  • Develop technical and core research skills in data analysis, forecasting, and visualisation, actively participating in training and peer learning.
  • Support team culture and onboarding of new members.

Product & Customer Contribution

  • Ensure research outputs align with customer needs and industry trends, contributing to report design and presentation to enhance usability and client impact.
  • Adapt outputs for international markets where needed and maintain research integrity to ensure findings add commercial value.

You

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Informatics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Medical/Health-related).
  • 0–4 years’ experience in a research, analytical, or data-focused role; recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds.
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office.
  • Strong quantitative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; intermediate data collection, secondary research, and database skills.
  • Experience in or a genuine interest in healthcare technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint  with aptitude for data validation and visualisation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage workload across multiple tasks, and a collaborative working style.
  • Genuine curiosity about healthcare technology markets, with a desire to develop expertise and stay current with industry trends.

Package & Benefits

  • £28,000 – £40,000 salary (dependent on experience)
  • 20% annual bonus, dependent on company and personal performance
  • Company pension: 4% employer contribution (rising to 7.5% after 3 years)
