The Role 
As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the pharma market research team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish. 

  • Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met - even split between methodologies. 
  • Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
  • Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations.
  • Collaborating across teams and geographies, partially within the US to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings.

You

We’re looking for a motivated researcher who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident working independently.

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a primary market research environment with pharmaceutical or biotech clients.
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to interact with clients.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Desire to work in a small, collaborative team.
  • Must have the full right to work in the UK now and in the future and presently be based here.
