We’re partnering with an international medical aesthetics business to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst for its UK commercial team.
This is a broad, hands-on role working across sales, marketing and wider commercial functions, using data to improve decision-making and identify opportunities across an established portfolio of aesthetic injectable and skincare products.
Everything you need to know about the role:
- Own and develop BI reporting across the UK business, supporting sales, key accounts, digital marketing and wider commercial teams.
- Analyse sales, customer and CRM data to provide insight into performance, territory penetration and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company’s CRM system.
- Provide analysis around sales force effectiveness, digital marketing activity and customer trends.
- Support upcoming product launches and identify opportunities across the growing skincare and digital/e-commerce business.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:
- Strong hands-on experience within Business Intelligence, commercial analytics or sales analytics.
- Good working knowledge of Power BI and CRM/business systems; Veeva experience would be particularly useful.
- Comfortable working with commercial data and translating it into meaningful insight.
- Experience within pharma, medical devices, healthcare or life sciences would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- Able to work autonomously while building strong relationships across different commercial teams.
- Curious and commercially minded, with the confidence to suggest better ways of using data.
What’s on offer?
- The opportunity to have real ownership and visibility within a smaller UK business, rather than being one analyst within a large corporate structure.
- The backing and resources of an established international organisation, including collaboration with the global BI team.
- An exciting period of growth, with new product launches and developing digital/e-commerce channels creating plenty of new analytical opportunities.
- A friendly, collaborative culture with a strong emphasis on flexibility and work-life balance.
- Hybrid working from the company’s Wiltshire office, with flexibility for the right person and the option to work four or five days per week.
- Strong wider package including 10% annual bonus, healthcare, 25 days’ holiday and pension contributions matched up to 7%.
