As they continue their impressive growth, they're looking for an experienced Director to combine strategic consulting, client leadership and business development within a highly collaborative environment where your ideas will genuinely shape the future of the business.

Everything you need to know about the role

As a Director, you'll take ownership of strategic client relationships whilst helping drive the continued growth of the business. This is a genuine seller-doer role where you'll balance commercial leadership with hands-on delivery of high value strategic engagements.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading multiple strategic consulting and market research engagements across pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.
• Acting as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Driving business development through both new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
• Providing strategic guidance across complex commercial challenges including product strategy, segmentation, launch planning and portfolio optimisation.
• Leading and mentoring project teams whilst supporting the development of future leaders.
• Contributing to thought leadership and helping evolve the business towards an increasingly strategy-focused offering.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

• Significant experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences consulting and strategic market research.
• A proven track record of winning, growing and managing client relationships.
• Experience leading complex research engagements from proposal through to delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to business growth.
• Previous experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex insights into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment where balancing multiple priorities is second nature.
