Everything you need to know about the role
As an Associate Research Consultant you’ll be central to designing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects for healthcare clients. You’ll have the opportunity to shape research from the outset, work closely with decision-makers, and contribute to strategic client discussions.
- Supporting the creation of project plans and research materials that address key client questions and business challenges.
- Managing projects, proactively resolving challenges.
- Translating client needs into clear hypotheses and ensuring research is designed to effectively test them.
- Driving complex analysis and delivering strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Client engagement.
- Crafting compelling, insight-rich reports and presentations that prioritise the most impactful findings.
- Nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for future collaborations.
- Grow with the consultancy, as they continue to grow.
- Typically 70% of projects are qualitative in nature.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
We’re looking for someone with initial exposure to a primary market research consultancy. You’ll bring:
- At least 6 months of experience in healthcare market research within a consultancy or client-side. Relevant experience in different sectors of market research may be considered alongside a healthcare degree or other experience in the industry.
- Be based close to London, with the ability to travel to the office at least once a week.
- Confident communicator.
- Strong organisation and time management, able to juggle priorities while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, innovative mindset and ability to adapt.
