We’re working with a high-performing healthcare market research agency that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering insights that go well beyond client expectations. They pride themselves on a quality-over-quantity philosophy, taking on only a select number of projects at a time so teams can dive deep into the research, think creatively, and deliver truly impactful recommendations.

Their consultative, client-first approach means they’re trusted partners in healthcare, with exceptional client reputation. Internally, they foster a collaborative, supportive culture where researchers are empowered to take ownership and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Everything you need to know about the role
As an Associate or Senior Research Consultant, you’ll be central to designing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects for healthcare clients. You’ll have the opportunity to shape research from the outset, work closely with decision-makers, and contribute to strategic client discussions.

  • Leading or supporting the creation of project plans and research materials that address key client questions and business challenges.
  • Managing projects end-to-end, proactively resolving challenges.
  • Translating client needs into clear hypotheses and ensuring research is designed to effectively test them.
  • Driving complex analysis, guiding junior colleagues, and delivering strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Leading confident, engaging client communications — from kick-off meetings to final presentations.
  • Crafting compelling, insight-rich reports and presentations that prioritise the most impactful findings.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for future collaborations.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members where applicable.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by delivering work that exceeds expectations. You’ll bring:

  • 1+ years’ experience in healthcare market research with involvement across the full project lifecycle (Senior-level candidates will bring more extensive experience).
  • Relevant degree.
  • Strong quantitative, qualitative, or hybrid research skills.
  • Proven client management skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management, able to juggle priorities while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and ability to adapt.

What’s on offer?

  • Competitive salary from £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience).
  • Hybrid working.
  • The chance to work on a small portfolio of high-value projects, allowing you to deliver deeper, more impactful insights.
  • A supportive, collaborative culture where your contributions are recognised.
  • Clear opportunities for professional growth in a company with a strong client reputation and sustainable success.
