An international healthcare market research consultancy is seeking a Sales Executive to support its continued global growth. This role is central to driving new business opportunities across the UK, Europe, and the US, working closely with senior leadership and international teams.

You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, supporting commercial strategy, and ensuring CRM systems and sales processes run efficiently. This is an opportunity to play a visible role in a growing, purpose-driven organisation operating at the intersection of healthcare, data, and insight.

Key accountabilities

Sales & business development

  • Identify, target, and qualify new prospects across international healthcare markets
  • Support lead generation and outbound activity across multiple regions
  • Develop action plans and track performance against defined KPIs

Commercial & stakeholder support

  • Partner with senior commercial leaders to support meetings, pitches, and follow-ups
  • Provide insight and analysis to inform business development strategy
  • Support global teams with pipeline visibility and opportunity tracking

CRM ownership & process optimisation

  • Act as the internal CRM expert (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Maintain data quality, reporting, and dashboards
  • Train and support internal stakeholders on CRM usage and best practice

You

  • Around 3+ years’ experience in inside sales, business development, or sales operations across market research/ insights
  • Degree in a related field
  • Exposure to healthcare, pharma, life sciences
  • Able to work hybrid in London (2-3 days a week in the office)
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Full right to work in the UK now and in the future
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, self-starting approach
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Organised and data-driven, with strong attention to detail 
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and motivated by continuous improvement 
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across international teams
