Senior Value Consultants  | Sole Partner to Adelphi Values 

Amid rapid growth , Adelphi needed to fill two critical Senior Value Consultant positions, one in London and one in Manchester. 

Requirements of the Hire 

Adelphi Values was experiencing substantial growth which led to an increased demand for skilled professionals.  Experience and cultural fit for these hires was crucial to ensure their clients  continued to receive a flawless level of service.     : We  meticulously screened candidates to ensure suitability via a mix of MS Teams and face to face meetings. This process involved a detailed analysis and shortlisting of candidates, resulting in four top-quality profiles being submitted to Adelphi  for consideration. This thorough screening process ensured that only the most competent candidates progressed to the interview stage. 

  1. Swift and Transparent Communication
    : To maintain momentum and candidate interest, we ensured that communication was swift and transparent. We provided timely feedback to both candidates and client, facilitating a smooth interview process. As a result, two candidates received offers and were delighted to accept immediately,  enhancing Adelphi Values’ capacity to manage their workload and ensure continuity of service to their customers was maintained.
