Senior Associate Consultant OR Consultant

The Opportunity

We’re working with a growing healthcare market research consultancy looking to add either a Senior Associate Consultant or Consultant to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone already working within healthcare/pharmaceutical market research who wants to take on more responsibility, develop their strategic thinking and work closely with clients across a range of interesting projects.

The level is flexible depending on experience, so we’re keen to speak with candidates who are ready for that next step as well as established Consultants looking for a new opportunity.

The Role

Working across healthcare and pharmaceutical market research projects, you’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, with the level of responsibility tailored to your experience.

You’ll be:

• Managing projects and taking ownership of delivery, timelines and day-to-day project requirements
• Developing research materials including screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires
• Analysing research findings and identifying the key insights and implications for clients
• Helping turn research findings into clear, strategic and actionable recommendations
• Developing client-ready reports and presentations
• Communicating directly with clients and contributing to meetings, presentations and workshops
• Working closely with junior team members and providing support and guidance
• Contributing to proposals and wider business development activity
• Understanding the wider commercial and strategic challenges behind the research brief

At Consultant level, you’ll take greater ownership of projects and client relationships, including leading elements of presentations, guiding junior colleagues, developing proposals and taking more responsibility for the strategic interpretation of research.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally already have experience within a healthcare/pharmaceutical market research agency or consultancy and be comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:

• Healthcare/pharma market research experience
• Experience across qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method research
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Good analytical and critical-thinking ability
• The ability to move beyond the findings and think about implications and recommendations
• Confidence communicating directly with clients
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative approach and an interest in supporting more junior colleagues
