Project Manager – Market Research – Pharma

The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of qualitative (and some mixed-method) healthcare research projects from start to finish across healthcare market research. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end logistics and recruitment for qualitative studies
- Coordinating smooth fieldwork, timelines, budgets, client updates, and internal planning
- Maintaining internal systems, project files, and documentation
- Ensuring projects meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including AE reporting
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients - proactive, clear communication is essential
- Managing expectations, providing regular progress updates, and resolving issues quickly
- Supporting the research team in responding to RFPs with accurate, commercial project costing
- Working closely with researchers, PMs, designers, and suppliers
- Sharing methodological and sampling knowledge to shape project approaches
- Partnering with an in-house creative team to deliver visually impactful outputs
- Contributing to internal improvements, efficiencies, and value-add initiatives
- Championing new technologies and AI tools that streamline workflows
- Supporting cross-team collaboration across UK and US teams

- Project management experience within healthcare market research (1-4 years), essential
- Familiarity with qualitative and/or mixed-method research processes
- Strong organisational, time-management, negotiation and supplier-management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask across several live projects
- Entrepreneurial spirit - comfortable with smaller team structure and excited by growth
- Positive, solutions-oriented, and able to work autonomously
- Collaborative and supportive, values being part of a close-knit team
- Enjoys problem-solving and staying one step ahead in delivery
