Package: $70,000-$85,000 plus 401(k) company match, medical, dental and vision insurance, 21 days' paid vacation and company holidays.

Everything you need to know about the role:

This is a remote, customer-facing role coordinating the implementation, training and validation of a market-leading LIMS platform used in radiopharmaceutical production. You will manage multiple customer projects and guide PET radiopharmacies through deployment, validation and ongoing system use.

Hands-on PET production or radiochemistry laboratory experience is essential. This could have been gained as a radiochemist, chemist, QC operator or laboratory manager. Project management experience alone will not be sufficient without a practical understanding of radiopharmaceutical production and quality control.

The role involves frequent travel to customer sites, primarily across North America with some international travel. Around 50% travel is expected longer term, although may be higher while the team grows. All business travel expenses are reimbursed. Candidates based in the Central or Eastern US are particularly well placed for collaboration with the UK team.

You will:

• Own the end-to-end validation lifecycle, including validation planning, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and support of Performance Qualification activities.
• Coordinate and prioritise multiple software implementation projects, customer requirements, timelines and stakeholders.
• Deploy the LIMS platform at customer sites and ensure systems are configured, tested and ready for operational use.
• Deliver customer training and improve materials for both basic and advanced use of the software.
• Provide post-installation support, troubleshooting and ongoing guidance.
• Test and approve software updates and manage customer upgrades, including onsite validation and system testing where required.
• Work with internal software development and Quality Assurance teams to help shape future product developments.
• Support commercial activity by delivering product demonstrations and providing technical input during the sales process.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:

• Hands-on experience in PET production, radiochemistry or radiopharmaceutical quality control is essential
• Practical experience with synthesis modules, chromatography software and other production or QC equipment.
• A working understanding of FDA requirements and GMP within radiopharmaceutical production.
• The ability to translate laboratory workflows into clear system, implementation and validation requirements.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to run multiple customer projects at the same time.
• Confidence delivering training and technical guidance directly to customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work around radiation, including the potential to handle radioactive materials as part of onsite activity.

Preferred:

• Experience writing SOPs, change controls, validation documents or other controlled technical documentation.
• Experience working within a Quality Management System.
• Previous involvement in software implementation, customer deployment or laboratory informatics projects.
• Experience partnering with customer IT teams and a basic understanding of programming structures.
