This is a senior leadership opportunity within a global healthcare consultancy, focused on market access, pricing, and evidence generation. This Partner-level role will lead US and global market access strategy and client development, working with both global and US-based pharmaceutical companies. You'll join a well-established global team and play a critical role in expanding the firm's footprint across the US market.

The Role

  • Define and lead US-focused market access and pricing strategy within a global consulting practice

  • Engage with senior stakeholders across top-tier and mid-size pharma organisations

  • Drive new business development and expand the firm’s client base in the US

  • Lead strategic projects across market access, HTA, pricing, and evidence generation

  • Act as a senior advisor on value demonstration and access strategies

  • Work cross-functionally with internal HEOR, RWE, patient engagement, and commercial teams

  • Contribute to global strategic planning as part of the senior leadership team

  • Represent the business externally at industry events and through thought leadership

Experience & Qualities Required

  • 15+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing, or consulting

  • Strong track record of delivering and leading market access strategy at national and global levels

  • In-depth understanding of US payer landscape and HTA requirements

  • Experience engaging with clients across the product lifecycle, from early pipeline to post-launch

  • Proven leadership, people management, and business development skills

  • Confident working with global stakeholders across multiple geographies

  • Background in life sciences, public health, health economics, or similar

  • Highly strategic, solutions-focused, and commercially minded

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Able to work independently and lead a multi-functional team
