Do you have a strong understanding of how NHS systems operate and how Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) influence referral pathways and service access?
We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider (who rely on referrals from both the NHS and the private healthcare sectors) seeking a Market Access & Partnerships Manager to strengthen relationships across NHS networks and support effective patient access to specialist services. Whilst also operating across the private healthcare space too.
This role sits at the intersection of healthcare partnerships, system engagement, and pathway optimisation, ensuring services are well understood, accessible, and effectively utilised across the healthcare ecosystem.

- You will play a key role in building trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders and ensuring referral pathways operate smoothly across community, clinical, and organisational partners.
- Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across NHS organisations, clinical networks, and private customer groups
- Engage with Integrated Care Boards and wider healthcare stakeholders to support effective service utilisation
- Support the development and optimisation of patient referral pathways
- Identify operational or communication barriers affecting referral behaviour and coordinate solutions internally
- Monitor referral trends and stakeholder feedback to provide actionable insights to the business
- Support the introduction and adoption of new services and care pathways
- Represent the organisation at stakeholder meetings, workshops, and healthcare forums
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to align messaging and improve service accessibility
- Use CRM tools to track engagement activity and provide structured reporting to the business
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and how Integrated Care Boards influence service delivery and referral pathways
- Experience working in healthcare provider organisations, commissioning environments, or partnership-focused roles
- Established relationships within NHS networks or ICBs would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence without direct authority
- Experience analysing service performance data and translating insight into practical action
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with clinicians and senior professionals
- Highly organised and comfortable working independently across multiple regions
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools to capture engagement and insights
