OTC National Account Manager

Summary

A leading Consumer Healthcare & Pharmaceutical company with a range of trusted over-the-counter brands and GSL & P line products are looking for a new National Account Manager to lead the development of Grocery & Pharmacy and wholesalers accounts, driving growth of volume & revenues. 

Everything you need to know about the role

• Own and grow the branded OTC and GSL portfolio across grocery, pharmacy and wholesale accounts
• Drive volume, revenue and market share growth across the retail and wholesale sectors
• Identify and expand routes to market for new and existing OTC products, including brand extensions
• Negotiate effectively with key retail stakeholders to maximise profitability and strengthen partnerships
• Lead promotional planning, forecasting, pricing input and annual Joint Business Plans
• Spot and act on new commercial opportunities, including price increases and new customer introductions

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit 

• 3+ years’ experience within the OTC industry in a commercial sales and marketing role

• Proven track record of success in marketing and launching OTC products to market

• Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills

• Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
