You will:

  • Lead the global Patient Access organisation, setting strategic direction across Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, RWE, and Value & Evidence functions
  • Serve as the firm’s most senior external-facing authority on pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and payer evidence strategy
  • Drive global commercial growth, shaping client value propositions and strengthening win-rates across RFP, proposal, and pitching processes
  • Partner with regional leaders in the US and Europe to expand key accounts, deepen senior-level relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Build and harmonise global methodologies, frameworks, and service offerings that integrate cutting-edge evidence generation and access strategy
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Top 25 Pharma, biotech, MedTech, and emerging markets to support portfolio-wide access planning
  • Represent the organisation at the highest levels of the industry through thought leadership, conferences, advisory boards, and strategic partnerships
  • Mentor a global leadership bench, fostering a cohesive, high-performance culture across Boston, Barcelona, and broader international teams

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:

  • 20+ years in pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, or Evidence Strategy, with a track record of global leadership
  • Deep credibility with HTA bodies, global payers, and senior pharma executives, with demonstrated influence at enterprise level
  • Proven ability to architect and execute global value, pricing, and market access strategies across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving business development, shaping proposals, and securing high-value consulting engagements
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary global teams and building scalable, integrated strategic capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, industry presence, and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MSc, PhD, MBA

Preferred:

  • Experience leading global access functions within a top-tier pharmaceutical company
  • Strong understanding of future trends in pricing, access innovation, patient engagement, and evidence integration
  • Background in developing new service lines or technology-enabled value and access solutions
