Everything you need to know about the role
As a Senior Consultant/ Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and delivering healthcare market research projects across a wide range of therapy areas. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, while gaining exposure to strategic thinking and complex business challenges.
- Managing day-to-day project execution and contributing to successful project plans.
- Developing research materials such as questionnaires, screeners, and discussion guides.
- Supporting qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring insights are both strategic and actionable.
- Writing reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and implications.
- Leading elements of client communication, ensuring timely updates and proactive solutions.
- Supporting proposal development and responding to RFPs.
- Contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture while guiding junior colleagues where relevant.
- Managing clients and business development opportunities.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
We’re looking for top candidates who enjoy working with both independence and responsibility.
- 4+ years experience in healthcare market research, with exposure to both qual and quant methods.
- Business development experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance timelines and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, confident in engaging clients and team members.
- Analytical strength, with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Proactivity, adaptability, and the confidence to contribute in a small but growing team.
- Must have the full right to work in the US now and in the future.
