Requirements of the Hire
SomX, an innovative health-tech and biotech PR agency, faced a significant challenge. As founders, they were managing all PR requirements internally, which limited their capacity to focus on the broader strategic goals of the business. To alleviate this bottleneck, they needed a dedicated PR Lead.
However, as a smaller agency competing against larger, more established firms, they required a candidate who not only matched their unique requirements but also appreciated the distinct advantages of working in a smaller, dynamic environment.
