    The recruitment process was efficient and smooth, with Carrot Recruitment dedicating two weeks to sourcing and shortlisting. This was followed by a two-stage interview process over the next two weeks. Their ability to prioritise this exclusive vacancy ensured that the role was filled within a remarkable 36 days from the initial briefing.
