We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Market Access Consultant to join a full-service market access consultancy based in London. This is a varied role across access strategy, pricing, and value communication, supporting a global client based in Europe, the US, UK and beyond. 

 

Everything you need to know about the role

 

The Market Access Consultant will join the market access team, working in support of a varied client base to solve market access challenges in several different therapeutic areas. The role will involve a broad range of market access activities, including: 

  • Advising on global clinical trial design to support successful HTA outcomes and reimbursement.

  • Determining the most effective market access pathways across different geographies.

  • Validating market access strategies through direct payer feedback and insights.

  • Shaping the payer landscape to highlight and incorporate broader elements of value.

  • Developing clear, strategic value communication materials, including Global Value Dossiers, Advisory Boards, Manuscripts, Objection Handlers and more 

  • Assessing payer evidence requirements and identifying gaps to address proactively.

You will be working with an incredible leadership team, developing skills in new areas and honing in on others. The work is truly meaningful and the role will have a significant impact on bringing exciting new products to market. 

 

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • 5+ years experience in market access, preferably within a consultancy environment

  • Broad exposure to pricing & Reimbursement, Access strategy and value communication projects

  • Supported market access in multiple geographical markets, with a good understanding of local and global challenges and processes 

  • Exceptional project management skills, with evidence of leading projects from inception to completion 

  • Business development skills, including proposal development 

  • Management/ mentoring experience, having supported junior team members through project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
