Everything You Need to Know About the Role

As a Partner, you will:

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, delivering high-impact, innovative solutions.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities, aiming to secure a minimum of £1.2M annually in revenue.
• Provide hands-on leadership in research design, project execution, and client engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and position the company as a thought leader in healthcare insights.
• Inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional market research, with a focus on strategic value and actionable insights.
• Represent the company externally through speaking engagements, client training, and thought leadership initiatives.

Experience and Qualities That Make You a Strong Fit

We’re looking for a confident, commercially-minded leader who brings:

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare market research, consultancy, or client services.
• A proven ability to manage, grow, and retain large client accounts.
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Methodological flexibility across qual, quant, and emerging research techniques.
• Strong experience in opportunity evaluation and launch strategy within healthcare.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A forward-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for using AI and technology in research.
