As the business continued to grow and expand its service offering, Wickenstones required experienced leadership hires capable of supporting both client growth and internal capability development.

Requirements of the Hire
Wickenstones required highly experienced individuals who could combine strong consultancy expertise with leadership capability, cultural alignment and long-term growth potential.
The three assignments included:
- Cluster Leads – Client Leadership (x2)
- Technical Lead – Editorial
The two Cluster Lead positions were senior client leadership hires focused on driving client relationships, supporting business development activity, overseeing project delivery and mentoring internal teams. These positions were viewed as critical hires to support Wickenstones’ continued expansion, strengthen leadership infrastructure and broaden capabilities beyond the company’s existing remit.
The Technical Lead – Editorial role was created to strengthen and lead the editorial function internally, ensuring the consultancy continued to deliver high-quality written outputs and technical excellence across client projects.
