We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to take ownership of global healthcare market research project logistics, with a focus on setting up and managing fieldwork and data collection. This is a brand-new role within a growing insights team, offering the opportunity to shape the position and make a real impact from day one.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the right partners, helping streamline operations and improve efficiency across global qualitative and quantitative research projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Set-Up:

  • Finalise contracts, confidentiality agreements, and onboarding documentation for clients and vendors.
  • Confirm project costs, commission vendors, and manage timelines.
  • Lead onboarding calls to outline study objectives, sample plans, and deliverables.

Fieldwork Management:

  • Provide daily recruitment progress updates and identify risks or delays.
  • Ensure vendor and internal compliance with GDPR, AI regulations, and client-specific standards.
  • Onboard and coordinate additional vendors where required.

Project Close:

  • Ensure all documentation and project close tasks are completed accurately.
  • Prepare vendor and client evaluation forms.

Operational Support:

  • Maintain project status trackers and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Support the operations team with ad hoc process improvement and compliance initiatives.

You

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project logistics, operations, or fieldwork coordination within market research or a related industry.
  • Experience managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or MedTech market research is highly desirable.
  • Must have the full right to work in the UK now and in the future.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident liaising with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks, including GDPR and supplier risk assessments, preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: up to £35,000
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus based on company, divisional, and individual performance.
