The Role
We’re looking for a Market Research & Insights Associate to join the Boston-based healthcare insights team.
You’ll be part of a small, cross-functional agile team working together on end-to-end market research projects. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in healthcare research who’s eager to learn both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and contribute to meaningful projects from day one.
What You’ll Do
Qualitative Research
- Work with vendors to identify and recruit research participants (physicians, patients, or caregivers)
- Help organize and observe in-depth interviews and focus groups
- Take detailed notes, identify key themes, and support the synthesis of findings
Quantitative Research
- Support the development, testing, and programming of survey questionnaires
- Collaborate with vendors to manage participant recruitment and data collection
- Monitor fieldwork progress, track quotas, and ensure data quality
Mixed-Methods Collaboration
- Contribute to data and brainstorming sessions where the team analyses findings together
- Support the creation of impactful, data-driven visual presentations
- Work closely with senior associates and managers to deliver insights that inspire client action
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject (please include GPA on resume)
- 0–2 years of experience, ideally someone with exposure to market research such as this internships, academic projects, or work in market research or related fields
- Strong interest in healthcare and life sciences
- Eagerness to learn and apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Must be eligible to work permanently in the U.S. and ability to work hybrid in Boston weekly
