Everything you need to know about the role 

  • A client-facing, strategic role combining project delivery, research excellence, and consultative guidance
  • Lead the design and management of multi-method studies across a range of therapy areas, from early-stage innovation through to late-stage development
  • Take ownership of project planning, execution, and analysis, with increasing responsibility to mentor junior colleagues and set best practices
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, presenting findings in an impactful way and ensuring strategic implications are clearly communicated
  • Operate in a consultative, seller-doer model—balancing delivery with business development and nurturing long-term client partnerships
  • Be part of a  team where your contribution directly shapes culture, systems, and future growth

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • 4–8 years’ experience in life sciences market research, strategy consulting, or related fields
  • Strong academic grounding in life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience designing and managing complex research projects (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method)
  • Strong project management skills—able to anticipate challenges, problem-solve, and keep delivery on track
  • Critical thinker who can move beyond insights to define clear strategic implications for clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients at senior level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and keen to contribute to a growing organisation
  • Collaborative leader who can mentor junior team members while also working hands-on where needed
