Vice President, National Sales (US), Critical Care & Cardiology
Do you have a proven track record leading national sales strategies in hospital critical care or cardiology markets? We are partnered with a leading rare disease company, seeking a VP, National Sales (US) to design, scale, and lead its US Sales Operations. This is a career-defining opportunity to scale and coach a high-performing field organization driving adoption of innovative therapies across health systems, IDNs, and critical care settings.
Everything you need to know about the role
You will take full ownership of the US commercial field operations team build-out, driving strategy, execution, and sales excellence.
- Lead national sales strategy, segmentation, territory design, quotas, incentives
- Recruit, develop, and mentor Regional Directors and KAMs
- Build senior relationships with health systems and cardiology KOLs
- Partner with Market Access & Trade on IDN and GPO negotiations
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and compliant execution
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- 10 or more years’ progressive sales leadership in hospital or cardiology markets at a national level including successful specialty product launches
- Broader commercial experience across marketing functions
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Resilient, agile, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Compensation: Annual base salary range $300,000 to $350,000 plus 30% bonus
