Senior Research Executive - Pharma Market Research

A long-established, specialist healthcare market research agency is seeking a Senior Research Executive to join its small, friendly team. With a reputation for high-quality international research and consultancy, this agency supports global pharmaceutical clients by delivering insights that are pragmatic, actionable, and commercially relevant.

With a very small team in the business, the environment is close-knit, hands-on, and stable – ideal for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative team and stay with the agency long-term.

The Role

As a Senior Research Executive, you will take responsibility for managing projects across the full research cycle. This includes designing studies, managing fieldwork, conducting analysis, and delivering client-ready insights. The role covers both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, offering variety across projects.

You’ll also play a key role in client management, ensuring excellent communication and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, from setup through to reporting.
• Design questionnaires, screeners, and discussion guides.
• Oversee and manage fieldwork, liaising with partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create insightful, well-structured reports and deliver presentations.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service.

About You

• 2–4 years’ experience in market research within healthcare/pharma – required.
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills – able to turn data into actionable insight.
• Client-facing confidence and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently but also as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a specialist research agency.
• Must currently be based in the UK, with the full right to work here.
