A unique opportunity has opened up for a Senior Account Executive to join an award-winning, London-based creative agency that brings science to life through visually stunning animation, interactive digital content and immersive storytelling.

Everything you need to know about the role
As Senior Account Executive you’ll work closely with clients and agency partners on a range of high-impact pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.
You’ll be the go-to contact for inbound project requests, managing client communications and supporting proposals and pitches that bring in new and repeat business. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal creative and production teams to ensure project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners - ensuring consistent and proactive communication.
- Qualifying inbound leads and coordinating RFP responses and presentations.
- Supporting new business efforts and annual sales strategies alongside the Account Director.
- Mapping accounts and managing data using Salesforce and other internal platforms.
- Presenting agency capabilities to both new and existing clients—virtually and in person.
- Helping to coordinate kick-off meetings and transitioning projects to the delivery team.
- Acting as a mentor to more junior team members where required.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- A BSc or MSc in a life sciences-related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant client facing servicing or project role within a healthcare communications agency
- A strong communicator with excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Confident delivering presentations and building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a plus, as is experience in preparing pitch materials using tools like PowerPoint or InDesign.
- An interest in healthcare communications and marketing along with the creative application of science and tech will help you hit the ground running.
