  • Support Account Managers and Account Directors in delivering creative and digital campaigns for major life sciences and healthcare brands
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ brands and market environments
  • Manage your own projects, timelines and budgets – ensuring quality and profitability
  • Delegate tasks to and support Account Executive colleagues
  • Prepare studio briefs, attend brainstorming meetings and help shape campaign strategies
  • Review creative work against briefs and proofread content before delivery
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, often leading conversations for your projects

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a client management role, ideally within healthcare advertising or communications
  • High motivation, creative mindset and can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Organised, proactive and eager to learn
  • Ideally degree-educated in advertising, marketing or life sciences

What’s on offer?

  • Competitive salary up to £37,500 (depending on experience)
  • Flexible hybrid working from bright, modern Oxfordshire offices (currently two days in office per week)
  • Private healthcare and pension scheme
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • 28+ days annual leave including birthday day off
  • Regular social events and creative brainstorming sessions
  • Supportive, people-first environment that values growth and wellbeing
