Executive Director, Marketing (US), Critical Care & Cardiology
Are you a successful marketing leader in hospital critical care or cardiology markets? We are partnered with a leading rare disease company, seeking an ED, Marketing (US) to lead the HCP strategy and omnichannel execution for launch.
Everything you need to know about the role
You will take full ownership marketing strategy, brand positioning, content and congress strategy.
- Shape and execute brand strategy with impact
- Drive annual brand plans from insight to results
- Build a best-in-class omnichannel digital engine
- Lead congress and advisory board strategy
- Manage agencies, budgets, and promotional review
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- 10 or more years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with multiple HCPâled launches
- Deep digital marketing expertise (automation platforms, analytics, media)
- Cardiology/critical care or rare disease experience
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Resilient, agile, thrives in ambiguity

- Compensation: Annual base salary range $250,000 to $300,000 plus 25% bonus
