One of our recruiters will get in touch with your referral to discuss any relevant roles, assess their experience and guide them through the interview process.
If your referral is offered and accepts the role, they will need to successfully complete the agreed probation period, which is typically between 12 weeks and 6 months depending on the position.
Once the probation period has been completed, we’ll arrange payment of your referral bonus as a thank you for your recommendation.
