A full-service global medical communications agency is looking to hire an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join a Medical Affairs account.

This is to work remotely from East Coast states in the US.

You will join a highly scientific and well regarding team of medical communicators who translate complex science into messages and materials that resonate with their audiences via multiple channels to ultimately change lives and improve outcomes.

Everything you need to know about the role 

This AM or SAM will have several years of Medical Communications agency experience and relish being a strategic partner to Medical Affairs clients, developing trusted relationships and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

  • Be the linchpin of the client service account team
  • Have your finger on the pulse across all day-to-day activities
  • A project management guru, staying on top of your account timelines, ensuring team members are well briefed, and leaders are updated on key actions
  • A strong team player who regularly takes the time to coach, mentor and upskill those around them.
  • Ensure quality control standards and compliance guidelines are met

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Several years in a Med Comms agency with experience developing Medical Affairs deliverables
  • Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good financial & commercial acumen. Confident in developing budgets and financial reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, third-party suppliers, senior leaders, wider business units
  • Good understanding of pharma regulations
