  • Translating complex research findings into clear, commercially focused insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and supporting new business development through proposals and pitches.

  • Managing project budgets, resources and timelines to ensure high-quality and profitable delivery.

  • Mentoring, coaching and developing junior researchers, supporting their progression and performance.

  • Exploring innovative research methodologies, including the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve research quality and efficiency.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Market Research professional who combines strong technical research expertise with commercial awareness and leadership capabilities.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Significant experience within healthcare or pharmaceutical primary market research, gained in an agency or consultancy environment.

  • Strong expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies, including research design, analysis and interpretation.

  • Experience managing complex, international or multi-country research programmes.

  • A proven ability to develop strong relationships with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

  • Confidence in turning research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Experience managing and developing junior team members.

  • Commercial awareness, including account growth, proposal development and project profitability.

  • An interest in innovation and the practical application of AI within market research.

Experience across multiple therapy areas, including oncology, immunology, respiratory, neurology, vaccines or other specialist healthcare markets, would be advantageous.

What's on Offer?

  • Opportunity to join one of the world's most established and respected market research organisations.

  • A senior role within a large, growing and highly experienced Healthcare Research division.

  • Exposure to leading global pharmaceutical clients and a diverse range of therapeutic areas.

  • The opportunity to lead complex international research programmes and influence commercial healthcare decisions.

  • Clear opportunities for professional development, leadership and career progression.

  • A collaborative environment with access to specialist research, analytics and consulting expertise.
