Vikram has spent the last 10 years working in medical affairs recruitment, covering the UK, Switzerland & the United States, with the US market being his remit at Carrot.
Vikram’s father was an Anaesthetist for 40 years, so he was always going into be involved with healthcare in some format and having recruited Physicians into Med affairs (and occasionally Clin Dev & Drug safety) has found a real passion in working with MSL’s and in particular the passion with which they communicate their work & science.
Having started in 2016 recruiting MSL’s, he is leaning on that passion to focus on MSL recruitment in the US and takes pride in being an active listener, whilst being unafraid to ask the difficult questions to ensure the best fit for both Clients & Candidates.
Outside of work, he’s an avid reader of fantasy, pc gamer and die Chelsea FC & Boston Celtics fan.
