INRALS

Carrot is the UK, US & Canadian partner within the INRALS network - International Network of Recruitment Agencies in Life Sciences. INRALS is a collection of 18 Life Science recruitment firms, servicing 44 countries.

We act as a support network to each other, offering recruitment support or local market knowledge where needed.   We collaborate closely with our counterparts from the INRALS community to help clients with specific needs in countries where their expertise is required.
