This UK Marketing Manager opportunity is available with a highly successful and ambitiously growing business who provide a platform for clinicians to access trusted medical information quickly at the point of care.

They also work with pharmaceutical clients, Medical Advertising and Medical Education agencies, and Medical Device companies to deliver engaging and targeted campaigns to HCPs focused on supporting their specific challenges or knowledge gaps.

The company are in a significant phase of growth and want an experienced UK Marketing Manager to join their dedicated, mission-driven team of clinician-engineers.

You will be the driving force behind their brand presence, thought leadership, and demand generation across the UK and Irish pharmaceutical and medical device markets.

As UK Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Guide strategy, handle day-to-day execution, and ultimately own the metrics the feed into brand awareness, market credibility and qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute a thought leadership programme including white papers, roundtables, expert interviews, blog posts, and industry commentary.
  • Manage relationships with trade publications and PR contacts to place content in the right channels
  • Build and manage Linkedin campaigns
  • Create and optimise multi-channel campaigns designed to generate inbound interest
  • Define and report on clear marketing KPIs; ecosystem growth, engagement metrics, qualified leads generated, pipeline contribution and brand awareness indicators

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

  • Deep understanding of the UK and Irish pharmaceutical and medical device landscape and experience marketing to these businesses
  • A data-driven approach to marketing with knowledge of the ABPI Code of Conduct
  • Comfortable crafting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Proved experience building thought leadership programmes
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Linkedin Ads, and campaign analytics
