This is an opportunity to join a specialist life sciences consultancy that is reshaping how pharmaceutical organisations make decisions. Everything you need to know about the role
- A scientific, consultative position requiring both business development and project delivery (seller-doer model)
- Exposure to pre-clinical market challenges, requiring a blend of scientific acumen and market research skills
- Lead bespoke qualitative and quantitative research projects, including project management, study design, moderation, analysis, and client delivery
- Contribute to business development through proposals, account planning, and marketing activities
- Identify opportunities to evolve offerings and shape new services for clients
- Provide leadership within the team, including line management, mentoring, and supporting professional development of colleagues
- Play an active role in building the systems and culture of a fast-growing consultancy environment
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- A degree in life sciences (B.Sc. minimum; MSc or PhD preferred)
- At least 5 years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical market research/consulting
- Strong analytical skills and a curious, data-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret findings into strategic recommendations for clients
- Experience engaging with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented way
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment
